Donna is one of the hardest working people I know. I’ve seen her at almost every event I’ve been to in Vancouver, always elevating her craft. From her long women’s cuts n colors, to tight fades and intricate hair tattoos, I KNEW she was worth the flight down to get SMP (scalp micropigmentation). I have a new hairline that looks soooo crisp and natural. And it’s permanent! My confidence really boosted up. Donna, you really are the best and I admire you. I had my SMP done way back in October of 2019 and at first i was terrified of what it would look like. Friends were telling me that i didn't need at all but i was going bald in some area's. So i decided to just get it done but would only trust 1 person to do that. Donna put me at ease and after showing me other clients that she had done i knew i was in good hands. I was worried about the pain and in reality it was more of a tickle with my eyes twitching randomly lol. It was easy just talking with her and not even thinking of the needle poking me. She definitely put me at ease and before i knew it i was done. I was shocked at first due to the fact i looked like a new person and had to get adjusted. Then i saw in the mirror and she went the extra mile and i think her OCD of perfection kicked in cause she ended doing some more bald spots i had in the back of the head which made me super happy. Once my hair grew back i was in love, always having that fresh look. She brought me in for touch up again her Professional OCD said it had to be perfect, that goes a long way cause it showed me she really cared. I get compliments all the time and have referred many clients to her and they are all happy as well. She was very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable on her craft and excels at it. Completely explained the process and all the pros and/or cons to certain questions I had, as I had never known. I wish I knew about scalp micropigmentation 10 years because I would have done this so asap.
