Donna Fathi is the founder of Flawless SMP, a professional barber and hairstylist since 1995, Scalp Micropigmentation artist since 2019 and SMP educator.
With more than 31 years in the professional hair industry, Donna brings decades of experience understanding natural hairlines, growth patterns, density, texture, facial proportions and color into her approach to Scalp Micropigmentation.
After seeing firsthand how hair loss affects both men and women, Donna expanded her career into SMP. Today, she performs and teaches customized Scalp Micropigmentation, including natural hairlines, barber edge-ups, density treatments, pigment selection and custom color matching.
Her goal as an educator is simple: teach students not only what to do, but why they’re doing it.
